The trouble that I am having is probably attributed to the fact that I had previously installed the beta version of 7.0 and then had to upgrade to the final release. You had a shareware app which had it's evaluation period expire, and now is still inserting itself into playback even though it's now disabled.

The Self extracting install file does not run under OS/2, it starts winos2 and then I get a message saying "corrupt installation detected".
